Budha afflicted can give skin disases.Rahu's affliction to Budha can give

eczema.Now Shani is the lord of Makara and Kumbha Rashis.These Rashis indicate

Knee joints and legs upto Ankle joints.So in the chart given by you,Budha (V)

is with Kuja - the Badhaka in Badhaka Sthana aspected by Shani (V) and

Rahu.Even in Navamsha ,this Budha (V) vargothama is with Rahu and spected by

Shani (V) confirming the Eczema in ankles.Also Budha (V) and Rahu are in

Nakshatras ruled by Shani.Shukra is the planet of beauty.here in the chart, he

gets Parivartana with Shani (V) and goes to his own house of Vrishabha Rashi

and gets aspect of afflicted Kuja and Budha (V).So as a result the beauty of

ankles is affected giving the disease of eczema.Also if we see D-6 chart,

Shukra is hemmed between malefics Shani on one side and Kuja, Rahu,Ketu on

another side.He might have got the problem from Budha Dasha in 1942

itself.Budha is the 6th lord and if we analyse from 6th house for

diseases, 12th is occupied by Shani (V),so he has to give results of both feet

is proven correct! AK-Sun is in Virgo Navämça which can also give skin problems…

this is true unless you use a different ayanamsa than Lahiri. Even then –

Bädhakeña Moon is in Gemini Navämça.

In the chart given,Budha (V) is with Badhaka Kuja in Keeta Rashi of Vrischika

Rashi where Ketu is exalted ( Some may have different opinion about this

exaltation. ).Rahu is Sarpa and its aspects to Kuja and other planets give

Sarpa Dosha.Here Budha (V) is afflicted by Kuja,Budha is significator for skin

and Budha and Rahu are both in the Nakshatras of ruled by Shani who is the lord

of Makara and Kumbha and hence the skin disease of eczema in Ankles.Rahu in the

Nakshatra ruled by Shani becomes more dreaded as Shanivad Rahu dictum is used

here.So he gives a severe type of skin disease.
