Thanks once again to all who responded. Can anyone please help me how I should proceed to learn (self- learning) Jyotish here in Kuwait. Since I will be visiting India I would like to buy some good books in Delhi and will be back again to Kuwait. Suggestions about good books for learners or otherwise any other tools is welcome.
