Guest guest
||| Hare Rama Krishna ||| Dear Vinita, Allow me to share some of my thoughts below (based on my little understanding of the Stars)… I would like you to visit the link below, to better understand how we can better categorize "karma." vedic astrology/message/28458 ================================== Dear Nitin,Larsen Visti, others, I understand retro planets are karmic. You have said one should expect unconventional results from them (they follow the motion of rahu and not of the sun). Does this mean that this takes the native away from the "upward" /"forward" progession of the soul? [Via NK] No. Consider those having Rahu as the AtmaKaraka – these are very spiritual people as well. Karma may lead to repetitive action if not resisted strongly. So what does one do if past karma wants to catch up and makes one do the same actions which spell further bondage rather than emancipation of soul? [Via NK] Go through the link above. There is a part of karma that has to be lived out. Also, find your Ishta. http://www..org/learn/ck.htm Is there some way of breaking from past karma? Developing purer conciousness and acting in consonance with the inner core of Being? [Via NK] Instead of breaking, can we work with…? Call upon the Dharma Devta for guidance, and the Ishta… Is there some relationship between retro planets and birth occuring closer to eclipses? [Via NK] The luminaries are never retrograde. The Nodes are always retrograde. This leads to the remaining Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus and Saturn being possibly retrograde. I'm not sure how the eclipses factor in entirely, and the whole chart has to be examined. I have 4 retro planets in my chart and am struggling to understand their meaning in my life. [Via NK] Most interesting. Do examine them one at a time, and share your observations and questions on the list when ready. You've come a long way, already, recognizing these in your chart. Regards, Vinita [Via NK] Hope that some of this helps. Best wishes and warm regards in your journey, Nitin. || Namah Shivaaya ||
