Dear Richa,

Some thoughts below…

Sir I hv read that saturn being slow planet don't effect much if it is

in meleic house ie 3/6/8/12

[Via NK]

Saturn is indeed considered as one that is slow. Astronomically, it is

furthest in its orbit from the Sun, when compared to the other

heavenly bodies recognized in the realm of Vedic Astrology.

Saturn will have a role to play, similar to the other planets. Being

in a Trik / Dushthana, as you have described above is just one scenario.

What you may have read is something along the lines of a Vipreet Raja

Yoga where the lord(s) of a Dushthana, go to other Dushthana houses.

This is akin to the analogy of 2 negatives nullifying into a positive.

but if it is retrograted and in any auspicious house bad impactes are

seen.

[Via NK]

Once again, if retrograde, there will be something unusual or

unconventional about the said planet as it is no longer following the

natural order as the Sun. Rather, it is seemingly going in the path of

Rahu (always retrograde, per philosophy).

Once a planet's state is better understood, check its role, and what

it is doing.

And mercury impacts being retrograted is not too much seen.Am I right??

[Via NK]

Always check the whole chart, including Mercury. Like all other

planets, this planet also has a role in the charts.

One approach:

Check the houses Mercury Rules

Check Where Mercury sits

Check the Houses where Mercury resides

Check whether there are any other planets with Mercury

Check the aspects to / from Mercury

Thanxs and Regards

Richa

Regards,

Nitin.
