H.H.Jayendra Saraswathi Swamigal - will be acquitted ??

Dear Sarvashree.Astrologers,

I, as is advised by Chi.P.V.R.Narasimha Rao have adopted the poorvaashrama birth

data of H. H JayendaraSaraswathi Swamigal for analysis (with my in born doubt

that as to whether the natal chart / horoscope would any longer would be

effective, after Shri.Jayendirar had been adopted by the Mutt). I have used the

option of 360 day Savana year for calculations of dasaa bukthi in JHL ver.6.

As he has born on the evening of Thursday the 18th July 1935 just after the Sun

set, the birth Mukurtha is`Athijaya’ (meaning confer victory). The natal Lagna

Panchaga is 5, which is good, further the time of birth nullifies all Lagna

doshas.

He was born in Krishna Tritiya thithi; the burnt Rasis are Capricorn and Leo, as

their Lords represents subordinates workers and His father, He may not expect

loveable affections from them.

Born in Ayushman yoga, hence blessed with good longevity and health. Further my

thumb rule for Aayu indicates His longevity would be around 83 /84 years.

His 6th house Gemini and 12th house Sagittarius are Aapook-kili-ya, the postings

of Ketu &Mercury and Raghu, high lights His succession of previous birth(s)’ bad

/ papa karma.

Sloka 35 in ch.on vya bhava in Jathkathva says that when malefic finds a place

in vya bhava, the native would under go imprisonment. In the instant case He

has been accused of having murdered a Brahmin. Under this circumstance, when we

look at the Kendra Isthaana 7th and 10th houses (Kedras depicts present birth /

jenma), we have Sun in the 7th house and Mars/Jupiter in the 10th house. Sun

and Mars aspects Capricorn that is abode of natural malefic Saturn. When we

refer the above situation to Sloka 150 under ch.8th bhava in Jathakathuva, it

narrates that the native would be accused of committing

Bramha-hathi dosha in the present birth.

Present Mercury (Functional malefic) dasaa ends in17th August 2005,Jupiter’s

aspect on Mercury, kindles / worsens the situation, in the 3rd part of the

dasaa (ref. Parasra Samhitha preamble to Mercury dasaa)

Saturn’s gochara beneficial, Jupiter’s is not. After28th September 2005 better

gochara would prevail on Him, considering His Lagna bala/strength, I guess when

the situation would be defused, however bad /mark 5th & 6th dasaas might be, He

would be acquitted.
