Guest guest
Dear Nirmala, Namasthe! Progressed Charts are charts cast for the time when the Sun returns to that position which it occupied at Birth, of a native. As an example, if Sun was in 10 deg Aries at birth (in Bangalore), then for the year 2004, the progressed chart would be cast on that day/time when Sun enter Aries. In this case, the progressed chart will be erected for Apr 22, 2004 at about 11.47 am. The place to be considered will be the same as the birth place irrespective of where the native is currently residing. What time and place does one use?
