On your suggestion, I went investigating….

 

If you have a different chart, then please share it for the purpose of

accuracy.

 

In the chart of Muhammand Ali, There is no debilitaetd planet

aspecting his 5th House from the 11th House.

 

I do see Saturn, in a classified state of debility, retrograde, in the

10th. Saturn and Mars both have Rashi Drishti to the 5th House.

 

I do not consider Scorpio to be the "favorite" sign of Jupiter or

Saturn, though each will serve their purpose there.

 

Again, the question remains open… thanks for the discussion.

Yes. I think Mohammed Ali is a good example of that. His 5th house

is aspected by a debilitated planet. Thus its aspect is received in

that planet's favorite sign. There are many more examples.

Investigate it yourself.

 

As a reply to another message: Yes, vipareet yoga is preferred, and

lords in upachayas is another consideration. I was simply speaking

about debilitation, not house placement.
