I have seen this in use by several people posting on this list, and on others as well. When using the Stars for guidance, or any other subject matter -- reason, logic and proof always help. This does support the scientific methodologies. Opinion: I'm no expert, but I do not think the study of light from the Heavens above is there for "winning" or "losing." Whilst some are focused on which side the coin will fall, others have also factored in whether the coin will stand on its side, before other possible scenarios… I suppose, in the end, when we know for sure the outcome of a scenario yet to pass, one will be able to better gauge into the approach / methodology used in understanding how we got there. You do have a choice of questioning, probing, rejecting or accepting any approach on this forum for students, geared toward the lingo of the Stars. Take care. Best wishes and warm regards, Nitin. || Namah Shivaaya || A healthy dose of skepticism? Recently, a writer suggested that John Kerry will win. Equally emphatic was another who calculated Bush would win. It was obvious that Astrology will lose. When you can't rely on science alone, you need art. Every writer that I have encountered in this site, never factors in Fee Will, and assumes that predictions are predetermined based on some laws. Free will allows you to piss on destiny and alter your fate remarkably. The current debate on who will win the elections has the probability of a coin toss. i.e. 50:50 and most of the contributors spend reams discussing which side the coin will fall. It still 50:50 Basic psephology (the science and study of voting behaviour) and psychology will tell you Bush will win. America is a nation of rednecks and they love a red neck. And the collective free will of these dumb voters will determine Bush will win. However, the margin of victory Kerry for to win, is about 3-5mm votes. These will come from those Americans abroad, who after realizing the world does not drop away at its borders after they left the shores of America, now feel embarrassed calling themselves American if they continue to have Bush in the white house. They collective free will could give Kerry the margin for victory. The Scientific Skeptic
