KANCHI ACHARYA'S ARREST- The Fear

Dear All,

I have a single big fear . Supose Kanchi Acharya is

Innocent , what will be implications of this arrest?.

I am worried. if he is guilty,if he is guilty , let

the govt put all the facts before the poeple, let the

people decide if he is holy or unholy. Why risk get

his curse?

But what if he is a true embodiment of DHARMA?. Do we

not remember that Aurangazeb prosecuted so many

religious/Dharmic leaders that our nation become a

slave to another country and suffered 200 yrs of

poverty and ignorance just after his rule. For 200

yrs, Gods let us down. Did we have knowlegde in this

200 yrs? Was their light in our nation? , were not our

ansectors ( Indians) living in darkness? . Should we

be repeating this ?. Was there any single acheivement

of India in this 200 yrs ? Did the people defend their

religious leaders aganist the government? Did the

society protect those who protect society?

Worst case , Look at Jerusalem , 2000 yrs ago, Jesus

Christ ,Embodiment of Dharma , was crucified by rulers

in the name of Law. Is there peace in that land for

past 2000 yrs? Can anybody tell a peaceful Jerusalem

in the last 2000 yrs ? Jesus was crucifed on an

eclipse, When Rahu defeated Guru/Sun/Moon. Jewishs

Disapora, Crusades now Isreal-Palestine. How many

generations and blood had been laid in that land

always in the name of Religion/Dharma?

Should Kanchi Acharya's case be decided by the

government or the people? Please provide your views

and correct if I am wrong. It is the duty of the

society to protect Shankacharya's . It is the duty of

we people , not just the government, to protect those

who protect the society.

We need to take some action to protect this

generations and generations that are going to come.

Otherwise we are going to see untold misery and

proverty.

Dear Sridhar,

Why should you feel that H.H. Jayendra Saraswati is guilty? Does his

horoscope indicate this? I do not think so. As to what if he is

innocent and persecuted like all those who upheld Dharma were, what

else can you expect of a Government whose very basis of survival is the

slogan secularism (?).

Any way the question has to be seen either from astrological point of

view or that of Dharma. Both are synonymous, anyway. I do not

understand how people have forgotten the midnight knocks of the Police

of Nazi Rulers and more recently and the Indian brand of same ilk

under the garb of Emergency imposed by Late Mrs. Indira Gandhi. If a

citizen of India can be arrested in patent violation of rules laid down

by both the Supreme Court and the Law Commission, much less the highest

temporal authority of Hindus, and we are all missing the essence of the

matter; we should redefine our interpretation of Dharma. I think the

incident also needs to be analyzed to find whether the same sort of

loss of freedom awaits us Indians as during Emergency. Perhaps someone

well versed in Samhita would like to comment on this.
