Allow me to share some of my understanding.....

 

..... what is the impact of Ketu transitting Libra right now....?

 

I suppose in answering that, we could get a clue into what will happen

when Ketu reaches Pisces. The Nodes, being shadowy in nature, adapt

and act like the Lord of the House they are placd in (full chart

always ot be examined to see alterations to this).

 

For example, for Aquarius rising, Libra is in the 9th House

representing many including Dharma / Guru / Guidance, etc. Since Ketu

entered Libra such people may be feeling a void in their relationship

with those whey consider guides. These could be Father figures, or

simply anyone that could put them toward a more dharmic path.

 

Libra lorded by Venus could indicate they are looking for harmony.

 

Likewise, consider the impact of Ketu in Pisces.
