Guest guest
Om Namo Narayanaya, Dear Rahul, Nakshatra dispositor is called "Jeeva" and indicates life principle of a nakshatra, showing what and how will graha manifest and sustain in the chart. So what you are saying is a standard and indispensible tool in analyzing a chart. I am a bit surprised to hear that this technique is seldom used. All jyotishas I know use it regularly Best wishes Zoran rahul_10uday wrote: can we predict a horoscope better with the help of nakshatras? I hope that some of us can DISCUSS some SAMPLE charts using this technique? This system is so rich in mythology and meaning that we can say that it provides a system of interpretation of its own. There is no reason why it should be subordinate to the system of the 12 "Sun signs". It is important for those trying to look into deeper meaning of life to look into the nakshatra placements of key planets and you will have a much better understanding of the inner motivations of planets in your chart. When studying the dashas, one should look at the ruler of the dasha as well as the placement of the ruler of the Nakshatra of the Dasha ruler. That makes all the difference in finding how the Dasha will effect us. SOME CHARACTERISTICS OF THE NAKSHATRA SYTEM 1. The relationship to the navamsa, which is the chart of the soul 2. The gunas, which represents qualities of energy. 3. The four purposes of life. 4. Some other characteristics of the Nakshatras By looking at a few example charts, Just look at what planets are in which Nakshatras and we can come up with an interpretation. Indeed, sometimes its surprised at the rather 'far out' and 'difficult' techniques some Jyotishis use while at the same time this simple and basic technique is seldom used? It will be usefull&nice if anybody can ADD to this/continue the discussion? Rahul
