Guest guest
Gordon, OK.. its midnight here, but i will give a brief counterargument. Based only on the chart in question. (I have predicted a Bush win but not based on this chart). So I will give it a go. 10th house ruling government has Mars, yogakaraka for Leo ascendant strongly placed there, and theres a parivatana yoga between 9 and 10 giving strength to the President. Rahu also rules foreigners and kunalini. 10th lord Venus in a trine with rahu in fact becomes a rajayoga for success. Venus and Jupiter are both advisors of the zodiac and are in the rulers court as it were. Venus the atmakaraka of President Bush natally is also the atmakaraka in this chart and the ruler of the 10th house. Jupiter lends its support from the ascendant. Jupiter rules the 5th house of morality, and advisors, and the mentality of the ruler. 5th house being the inclination of the people to express their emotion, aspecting the 10th ruler, and also according to some (nadi) readings, retrograde jupiter also aspects from the preceding house, therefore it aspects the sun, moon and mercury, moon representint public opinion. The 4th house of opposition party is ruled by Mars, is aspected by Mars and has no other aspect. Mars aggressively occupies the 10th house. Scorpio is apt as its the sign of Kerrys natal ascendant. 11th house rules senators, and here we see debilitated Mercury ruler of 11th gone to the 8th and aspected by Saturn from the 11th house. The media is the 3rd house and has Ketu there, and the natural karaka is Mercury, which is debilitated, in the 8th and aspected by Saturn One could argue this suggests the latest situation of CBS news in regard to the forged memos, and the NYtimes/CBS for the story on the munitions. So from this point of view, one could argue for a win for President Bush from this chart. I hope that saved you from having to resort to making the counter argument yourself. ..... dawn w vedic astrology, GWBrennan@a... wrote: > Interesting replies, but so far you are begging the question.
