Dear Rao,

That was a good analysis but then I had got a doubt and cast the Prashna chart

as given in your mail and for Moscow,the time zone comes to 5 Hrs. as per JH

6.0 and you have explained as per 4 Hrs. time zone east of GMT.As per me, Dhanu

Lagna comes as Prashna Lagna.So please clarify the time zone and if there is a

change,then interpret accordingly.

I know you have already got some good analysise. Let me attempt to give my

analysis on the follwoing Prashna Chart, the way I am learning.

October 20, 2004Time: 16:30:00Time Zone: 4:00:00 (East

1) First of all we should check the "honest desire to know and real intention"

from the questioner: so let us see that first.

Lagna is being aspected by Jup by Graha Drishti and by Venu by Rasi Drishti, so

the questioner is honest in asking this question, so we should go forward in

looking at further.

7th house and planets in it is seen fro the intention to use this information

from the questioner. Here you will see Sat is in 7th and he happend to be the

Lagna lord, so genuine intent can be seen.

2) Next, we have to see the fulfillment of objective, that is success or failure

is indicated by the strengh to the Prashna Lagna and the Karya Bhava. Here the

Prashna Bhava is Cp and Karya Bhava is Aq.

3) Next we have to see the Sambandha between the Lagnesh (Sat) and Karyesh ( Jup

). Here you can see a very clear Sambandha between them indicating the Success

of the Prashna, meaning the native will get the money.

4) Once we have identified the outcome is positive then, the next question comes

is when the native will get the money. That is timing the Prashna.

Prashna Lagna is Cp and there are no planets in Lagna and the Lagna is 24 Cp 09

and traversed about 7+ Navamsas. And the Karyesh is Jup so this indicates to me

that the native will get the money back about 7 months 15 days from today.

So the summary is : the native should get the money back approximately by end of June 2005.

Having said, that I would request Gurus and learned members to verify my

approach and thinking towards the Prashna Charts and guide me.

car), or it depends on which Bhava Ju is in etc.?What is the principle? As far

as I can understand, if there were anIthasala yoga between Lg lord and 4H lord,

we could expect that thecar would be recovered (if the other factors are

favorable). If therewere Esarpha yoga between them, than we would hardly have a

chance.And if they are the same planet - what can we expect?

Thanks for your mail Normally Shakunas or omens are clear indicative whether the

the reply or the result of the query will be positive or negative.So much

contradictions took place about the co-ordinates of your city.May be JH 6.0 is

wrong.If you would have given the complete details about the co-ordinates of

your city with all the details then really I would have attended the

Prashna.Anyhow let me try to interpret as your Prashna as a fresh one,so give

all the informations again completely.

Rao,JH indeed gives 5 Hrs for Moscow for this Prasna, but the actual time

difference was 4 Hrs in October. Now it is 3 Hrs, and JH also gives 3 Hrs.

Somehow JH adds 2 Hrs for daylight saving instead of 1 Hr. There are more

problems with the JH data base of cities in Russia. I just noticed that the

same city, "Krasnoyarskoe", is listed 13 times with different coordinates, and

"Krasnoyarskiy" is listed 15+ times, although I have not even found such cities

or villages in the biggest geographical data base - there is only one city,

Krasnoyarsk.I can provide the correct data (and time zones) for the main cities

in Russia and other adjacent countries - if it is at all necessary.Hare
