One widely accepted birth time is 11-Dec-1943 at 08:03 am (zone 06:00 west of GMT), that gives Scorpio lagna, while some astrologers hold 07:12 am is true. On the other hand, last week Raghunada Rao claimed 12:21:37 am, with Leo ascendant for him. This variation may severely affect the prediction, and whole analysis go in vain. In order to approach Kerry's most certain time of birth, best way is to match life events and general features with all possible rising langas. Here's some of major life events and brief biographic details of Mr.Kerry that may prove helpful in rectifying his chart and correct forecasting. I personally think, his career and life events support Scorpio lagna, but I need opinion of experienced Gurus. Hope the learned members give due attention to this matter. I think u wrote that he has moved to several cities, right now i had a fast glance at the site PVR gave and i think it mentions that he his family moved a lot, and i saw some names of France and Germany. This gives more indication of scorpio lagna and from the Rasi chart itself we can see that his father was sick when he was born, I just read SRs analysis and this event SR has nicely explained thro divisional charts.
