Dear Rema,

I think I have mentioned this, but in case it is not clear, I will try

to explain it once again.

They will exchange the roles, so Jupiter will not act as debilitated

planet (like debiitated Jupiter). He will just give the effects of

debilitated mercury, which has neecha banga Yoga. So inspite of frequent

changes of work in Jupiter dasha, some good Yoga and position will be

attained. However, it cannot be lasting, since debilitated planets in

7th from Arudha Lagna will tend to harm the status and success. So , by

parivartana you cannot imply that guru will act as if debilitated. They

just exchange the roles.
