Dear Mr Trivedi,

Thanks for the infn.

All scriptures advise benefic qualities of Jup in all houses except 3rd

and 12th. One therefore keeps thinking as to how much importance has to

be given to "Karak Bhava Naso". In the present case, Jup is exalted in

the second house and the hlord is in Bhagyasthana. Enough indications

for amassing of wealth. And if we also believe Brihat Jataka that Jup

is strong when in retrogression, then it speaks of the massive wealth

the subject had.

But how did he lose it later? Either Mars 11th hl badly placed or

Saturn conjunct with Rahu. But I am not clear on the loss front still.

Here Lagna is Mithuna and Guru is Vakra in 2nd house in Kataka rashi which is

his exaltation sign and is aspected by exalted Kuja who is 6th and 11th lord, a

strong malefic for this chart.Now as per Uttara Kalamrita when exalted planet is

vakra , it gives the results of debilitation.Similarly when a debilitated Vakra

planet gives the results of exalted planet.So here exalted Guru is Vakra and so

he gives the results of his debilitation and hence this gentleman lost all his

property as Guru is Dhana Karaka.Another important point is that Guru (V) is

placed in Gandanta and also in Ashlesha Nakshatra ruled by Budha who is also

debilitated in his chart.
