Egotist is a strong word, which perhaps is inappropriate in your

case. Then what is the reason, your wife stays away from you?

 

If you look at the transits, Saturn moved from Gemini (2nd fom your

UL)and jupiter entered Virgo touching his natal position (giving rasi

aspect on Gemini). This makes me feel that reconciliation is possible.

 

Some other features for Sun in the Lagna,small feet & receding hair.

Probably wearing glasses! Can you confirm.

i have seen confirmation of a break in first relationship in your

wife's chart. Rest is from your chart.
