Dear Mukund,

 

Hare Rama Krsna!

 

All of the points that you mentioned together. If you have Rahu in Deva,

see it's placement in Rasi and derive results from that. See it's chara

karaka quality and it will also tell you things. See the position in D-60

and interpret what it brings you from your past life. If Rahu is in Deva

sastyamsa, the results it gives during it's dasha should be beneficial,

according to it's devata. E.g. Deva may make you turn more towards

spiritual activities in it's dasha.
