Guest guest
Om Brihaspataye Namah Dear Mukund, Ramadas and others, Namaste Normally I do not read the posts that appear in this list, that set out to argue a case for bringing any Guru, Sanjay Narasimha or others into disrepute. Perhaps this is lazy, blind faith or some say efficiency in action. But I was intersted in Mukunds mail and checked out the site of this Wendy person. There seems to be a lot of goodness there, and some genuine intent to focus on Parasara. So why then the exclusivity and the judgement? To read what she wrote about Sanjay, does need to be seen, and thankyou mukund for alerting us to it. Here is a chance for us to transcend this ignorance. To weigh what is really pure against the pain of claim on knowledge that she is so surely suffering from. Have you noticed a similar " self-righteous' attitude running through any of us? When our mind does not accept what is being presented to it, it will run around and attack the threat. Quite colourfully sometimes, and right now for women seems to be particularly passionate. The Beslen School massacre brought a new depth to the mothers protective outrage, as this crime against Humanity has shown a great need to re-think how we handle conflict. None of us are separate from this pain, and ignoring it only inflames it. We need to play our part fully in this play of life, which I feel Mukund has done. By standing up for truth he has shown what we all must also do, in all our activities. Only in the moment will we know if it is true to fight or flight, what is actually needed for that time, and that place. As Jyotishii that have benefited from the pioneering efforts of Sanjay Rath, it is our duty , our dharma to keep this impulse alive and healthy for the benefit for all. The real meaning of protection. If we keep this in mind when we act, whatever is chosen to do is blessed, our intention is pure. How we do this is up to each individual nature. The mind is the only entity that can tell itself a lie , and believe it! Our work is to go beyond this level, and accept that extreme reactions signify a lack of penetration to truth in some way. I see this in myself all the time, particularly right now, with the emotional currents as they are. It is only after quiet reflection or the good counsel of satsanga does some cool reason show the course. We are all consciousness, all bliss, all knowledge in truth, so what is the big deal ? The Rahu that shocks our ego is also the teacher that makes us question, and dig deeper. The wise say to Forget, is to get something else instead of......... to forgive, is to give something finer So perhaps the way forward is not to forget, but to give something finer. What do you say?
