Guest guest
Dear SJ, There have been mails from Sanjay Ji about the roles of two major Grahas in Jyotish. One is Guru and the other is Rahu. Guru approaches Jyotish from the Sanatan or eternal, Shastra-based and traditional viewpoint where the original intent of the Rishis filters through the storehouse of Gyana: Brihaspati. The other is Rahu, who spurs the so-called original research and statistical method and "scientific" approach. The difference in the two methods could be an elaboration of the differences in the two Grahas. I am not able to recollect this other mail but I suspect it may have been connected to Sanjay Ji's statement about nodes in Kendra and Sarpa Yoga with Jyotish potential in the chart. Though Panaphar Bhavas:2,5,8 and 11 are linked with Jyotish, there was a message that dealt with the Kendra effects of Rahu-Ketu and Jyotish indulgence. I think Sanjay Ji advocated care in such a scenario. Mr. Vishwanadham perhaps might be able to recollect the exact mail. It was something to this effect though. Regards. Guest guest
Dear Sri Anurag, Namaste, Thats brings a natural question. In the Vimsottari dasa scheme does it signify, Rahu dasa brings knowledge by scientific methods and Jupiter dasa brings by parampara, which means one could be accpeted into a parampara! warm regards, Vishnu --- anuraagsharma27 <anuraagsharma27 wrote: > > Dear SJ, > > There have been mails from Sanjay Ji about the roles of two major > Grahas in Jyotish. Guest guest
Dear Vishnu Ji, It would certainly appear to be that way. Vimshottari is a very potent tool not only to judge mental inclinations but also manifest events and that is the reason why it is deemed to be the best Dasha for Kaliyug. As to Grahas, since there are only nine of them, often their effects are fused but a wandering monk could also be a representative of Rahu. But broadly speaking, I would agree that Guru in Vimshottari could bring traditional knowledge provided all other factors also point to it. Regards. Guest guest
Dear Sri Anuraag, Your inference suggests that a Rahu-Saturn combination in a chart makes a perfect candidate for "Sanyasa Yoga",provided Moon is aspected by this combination. Would you agree? warm regards, Vishnu --- anuraagsharma27 <anuraagsharma27 wrote: > Dear Vishnu Ji, > > It would certainly appear to be that way. Guest guest
Dear Friend, Rahu-Saturn combination would surely make GHOR-TAMAS YOGA and the person who has this yoga has been found byself to be a Maha bhogi , troubled by stormy marital life in most cases. Mostly the person concerned is very intelligent.
