Hare Rama Krishna

Namaste Jagmeet Ji,

Here the 12th from Jup(AK) in Navamsa is Sc and not occupied by

any planet, so we should take the strongest of Mars and Ketu.

Mars is placed in Pi with Retro Sat and Lagna. Ketu is placed

in Sg with Venus and Ju (AK). So,here Ketu is strongest and

hence the Ista, so the Istha Devata is : Ganapati.

May I request Guru's and Learned members, please correct if

I am wrong.

Regards

Raghunadha Rao

Dear Jagmeet,

Dear Chandershekhar Ji and Raghunadha Ji,

Thanks for your replies on the above subject.Actually I wanted to know what

could represent Baglamukhi Devi as Ista. The concerned gentleman prays only to

Baglamukhi devi.I was trying to see if his chart is correct with this

information.he is not sure of the time and maybe even the date.

With regards,

Jagmeet

Dear Astrologers,

I have recently read an article on Ista Devata. According to this the

12th House occupant or lord from Atmakarama in the Namamsa give clue

regarding Ista Devata. In my horoscope Atmakaraka is Mercury who is

in the Navamsa of Leo and Cancer has no planets in it. It means Lord

of Cancer, Moon gives clue to Atmakaraka. Goddess Durga Represents

Moon and hence Durga becomes my Ista Devata. My question here is, it

is also to be noted that a weak moon (nearing Amavasi) is represented

by Kali. In my case Moon is in Chaturdasi Tithi (next day is Amavasi).

Please let me know should I worship Durga or Kali.

Thanks,

Kannan

Dear Kannan,

The diety for Moon is Gouri or Bhuvaneshwari, when the moon is

in shukla paksh. In Krishna Paksh like in your chart it becomes Kaali.Durga is

the diety for Rahu.

Best Wishes,

Kanupriya.
