Dear Mukund Ji,

During Dasa- Antara -Pratyanatara of planets Kuja,Rahu ,Ketu and connected with

Surya and are connected with 6 or 8 or 12th houses, there are chances of

litigation followed by some kind of penalty or imprisonment.

I hope this helps you.

With Shri Hari Vaayu Naama Smarana,

Ramadas Rao.monmuk111 <monmuk111 > wrote:

Dear Mr. Ramdas Rao:How can litigation and imprisonment be timed? You talk about

association of Saturn and Rahu to Sun causes imprisonment, but a person can't be

in imprisonment all his life. So, vimshottari dasha of the sixth lord brings

litigation. But, what if an individual's 7th house Sun is afflicted by Rahu

from the 6th house and Saturn from the 5ht house. If this person never

experiences Sun mahadasa, then he will never experience imprisonment as the

aspects of malefic planets will never frutify. So, this brings up the big

question--When does aspects to a planet and aspect by a planet to other

houses/planets come into effect? And, what if the aspects are extremely

complex, i.e. in my case Mars sixth and lagna lord aspects Rahu in 6th house

from the 11th house. However, Rahu also aspects Sun in the 7th house.

So, Mars will destroy Rahu with its Astakshari aspect, but what will happen to

Rahu's aspect on Sun? Will it go away as Mars has destroyed Rahu? And, when

will Mar's aspect on Rahu come into effect--during Rahu dasa or Mars' dasa?

And, when will Rahu's aspect on Sun come into effect--during Sun dasa or Rahu

dasa? The reality of Vedic astrology is that if a Jyotish is able to understand

the Lagna chart and Vimshottari dasa, he doesn't need to look at million other

charts and dasas to predict. The fact is that there is somuch confusion,

disagreement and outright illiteracy at the Lagna chart level that venturing

into all the other sexy dasas like the Mool dasa, Narayana dasa and Shool dasa

and million different divisional charts is useless.Regards,Mukund--- In

Dear Prabodh,

Namaskar

Some lawyers

lack any form of analytical ability, question is - what is their purpose?

Mercury is

dead against Mars, and the purpose of a lawyer is to end conflict. Whether he

analyzes or computes or whatever form of action, his purpose remains to end

conflict.

Jupiter has

the final say on this and is the judge who will decide what is the right course

of action. This is because Jupiter represent the law, indicated by Sagittarius.

Hence proficiency in law is indicated by Jupiter, whether you are a lawyer or a

judge.

Yours,

Dear Sir/Madam,

The litigation can happen in many matters such as land, properties, finances,

marriage, inheritance, service, business, etc., therefore, the relationship

with the relevant houses, their karakas, lord with the sixth house, lord & the

karaka need to be studied to arrive at the correct delineation. The following

are the few planetary combinations, which may indicate litigation in the

matters of inheritance:

1. The 8th lord in 6th.2. The 8th lord conjunct Saturn.3. The 4th lord aspected

by Saturn.4. The 11th lord related to Sun etc.,

We know that Shani is Uccha in Tula Rashi which indicates Balance and so he is the final Judge.

Dear List Members and Gurus,

We know that Shani is Uccha in Tula Rashi which indicates Balance and so he is the final Judge.

With Shri Hari Vaayu Naama Smarana,

Ramadas Rao.amolmandar <amolmandar > wrote:

Dear Visti NamsteYes you are right that purpose of the lawyer is to end the

conflict. But that end must be logically convincing to all and according to

Satya. That requires deep analysis of the conflict which Saturn gives. Budha is

shatru of Mars who triggers the conflict but in that case Budha may end the

conflict in a hurry or in casual manner. That is why Shani with good-natured

tolerance and analysis rules the lawyers. Jupiter I think will be responsible

to establish dharma sahstra. Law makers will be governed by Jupiter where as

law interpreters will be by Saturn. Thanks alot for your Time and Sapce.Prabodh
