For natives with Moon in Capricon, Jupiter will be transiting its BEST possible place--the 9th house which is the most important and the most auspicious trine/house. Contrary to what you've said, natives with Moon in Capricon are going to be having a grand gala time. (My statement would be modified based on individual horoscopes and mahadasas).
