nature of partner from 7th lord and 7th house

Hi all

I want to know how to deduce the behaviour/nature of husband

from planet present in the 7th house & 7th sign (libra)

 

To explain in detail, let us consider a native (girl) with

scorpio as asc with following :-

 

1st house->merc

2nd,3rd and 4th house -> rahu

5th -> ketu

6th,7th -> empty

8th->jup

9th -> mars

10th->sat

11th->rahu

12th->sun,moon,ven

 

Here 7th lord is venus which is present in own house of libra

in 12th house. And libra sign also contains sun,moon (ie

9th and 10th lord)

 

so how can we deduce the behaviour/nature of husband towards

his wife.

 

Further,You need not take this chart as de-facto example.Consider

any other combination and explain my doubt.
