The most benefic planet Jupiter becomes the karak of 9 th house Bhagya and 12 th house of Durbhagya . Thus it gives and takes away at the same time . Saturn becomes the karak of 10 th and 11 th . That is karma and benefits therefrom . Thus the benefits are reduced . ( 12 th of 11 th ) The lagnesh and ashtamesh are same . Thus the nature is to jump into the dark or the unknown is strong . The third house owner is Mercury , which shows that sporadic activity may take place . ( Arambhe Shura . ) All this put together , if the Mesh lagna native is not born in a good and wealthy family and does not enjoy monetary successes at early stages , he is liable to remain poor on account of setbacks . All this is of course a general statement , and will be modified by various yogas , planetary placements etc .
