The only problem is Moon Saturn pair does indicate Alpayu. Did any of her maternal relatives had kidney problems? An indication is there in D-40 and D-60. It is a Taurus lagna where the YK Sat is in the first house and moon in the bagyasthan. First and eighth lord are in the fixed and dual rasis indicating long life. I would have hesitated to categorise the girl in the Alpayu category as suggested by you, because of life giving planetary positions like Lagnesh in kendra, exalted sun in NM and absence of any arisht from moon or parents. But what is of concern is 8th lord Jup aspecting its own house making it further strong and prone to damage particularly when it is Akarak. Presence of malefics in the 8th house is also not encouraging. Other colleagues may also like to examine in view of the tender age of the girl involved. The dispositors of Saturn and Moon are both in Sthira Rasis hence I think it would be alpaayu. Note that neither Moon nor Jupiter aspects Lagna. 8th Lord Jupiter's aspect on 8th makes the house strong and should give a better life span but for Marakesh Mars in 8th associate Ketu in 8th. 3rd house had Mandi and aspect of Moon and Saturn. Mercury the lord of 5th and 2nd (Marakesh again) is in 6th house. Add to this Venus Lord of the 6th in 4th and the picture becomes clear. Though Lagnesh Venus is malefic for Taurus. Chandrashekhar.
