With all humbleness, I differ from your

view. Mercury may be situated in the 4th and as the lord of 4th

and hence relate more to 4th house. However, he is also the

lagnadhipathi which indicates self. If the same combination was involved with

other planets, we could have considered it to be true. Here preference to

lagnadhipathi should be given. Lagnadhipathi though in exaltation is

retrograde. This indicates he has lost his positive power.

 

At the same time, we cannot rule out the

effects of 4th Bhava too, as pointed out by you.

I use Raman

Ayanamsa.

 

Moon is in

Cancer and Vargotthama. So question of moon in mercury’s rasi/navamsa (as

shown under CP ayanamsa) is ruled out. 6th house is vacant, and is

aspected by Saturn, lord of 8th and 9th from the 9th.

Saturn rules nervous system.

Lord of 6th,

Mars is debilitated. He is placed in Sagittarius Navamsa whose lord Jupiter is

in the house of Mercury (enemy). Mercury rules skin.

 

I usually

confine my readings to Rasi and Navamsa charts and use divisional charts only

in case of necessities. Mercury (lord of kendras 1 and 4) is present in a

Kendra (4th). Mercury is also in vargotthama.

 

These factors

indicate that the disease will persist but can be put under control by external

precautions.

You have mentioned

lord of 7th and 10th is placed in 5th (kona).

So I feel the influence is considerably diminished. However, I second your

stand on his being maraka.

The child is born in Nakshatra of Punarvasu ruled by jupiter. Moon is in

Mercury's Rasi and Vargottama. Mercury who rules Skin is in 4th house exalted

in 4th house associate Mandi, and also Vargottama. The problem appears to be on

account of Virgo dispositing Mercury having attained 6th house lordship and

position in Navamsha. Moon is also enemy of Mercury and being posited in

Mercury's Rasi is not able to overcome the problem though receiving aspect of

Jupiter since Jupiter with Kendraadhipati dosha is also a strong Maraka and

Moon is Chara Atmakaraka. His being in Gemini in Navamsha indicates cutaneous

problems. I would think there is some hereditary problem of similar disease in

Matrilineal line.

At the time of birth he is running Jup-Moon- Jupiter Dasha Antar Dasha,

Pratyantar Dasha, which supports the logic.

My personal experience has been Gemini rising with Moon in Punarvasu Nakshatra

and strong mercury in 6th skin problems do occur. Check up whether the disease

is psoriasis.

Having said that, Jupiterian aspect on Lagna could indicate some relief in

future. Perhaps after Saturn transits Cancer. He is too young to be asked to

wear any Gem or any puja. His Ishta Devata, being Sambshiva, his propiation

might help.

Namaste Gurujis and Jyotishas,

This child (eldest in the family) is suffering from Eczema right

from birth. His parents have tried so many different medical

treatments (Chinese, English, Tamil etc) but still no cure. Have

given his details below -

Name : Anojan Singarajah

DOB : 26th

October 1994 (8:47 PM)

Place : Edmonton,

Greater London (51N37 0W04)

When his mother was 8 months pregnant with him, she had chicken pox

and subsequently she received English treatment.

After Anojan, his parents had 3 more kids (a girl and 2 boys).

Because of this problem, this child is unable to concentrate on his

studies.

Can someone kindly help this child please.
