Parivartan yoga effects for a debilitated planet --> pls guide

IMHO this there shall be cancellation as the parivartana shall make the planet

behave as if they are in their own signs. However this shows that the person

gets benefit of the cancellation after some troubles as parivantan yogas shows

reversal of something.
