But few observations from my side. You wrote: the deb of Mars is not being canceled I feel. I think there is neechabhanga of mars as ucchesesh of mars is well placed in kendra. Another point is that the chart has double charakara replacement. Since you are good with this theory so you can understand implications of it better than me. I think the contracts and deals are seen from 3rd house. The lord of it is in 9th house from it. The 6th from it takes rahu as well. All in all, does not seem to be very good chart to me. SJ: Dear Prabodh I am no scholar on charakara replacement , thanks for pointing that out i had missed the double C. R, but what i feel is that some major shift would happen - would this be indicative of the major repair work etc which would be done before moving in or would it mean some heads rolling. The place is an old mill just for information. Also, I presume here 7 charakaraka scheme would need to be employed as this is a place, a non procreating entity, how it will work I await for SRs book.
