Satyam Bruyat Priyam Bruyat,Dear Rao,Thank you for your detailed reply. I recall

that you have written about progressions earlier. I will try and locate it. In

the meantime I went thru an article by PVR (attached) which I had on my files.

The key appears to be placement of Sun(soul) in the 'progressed' chart on a

given date. I understand how the progression varies for different divisional

charts. The placement of Sun in a specific Rashi is used for identifying the

events related to the house of placement of this rashi. Rashis containing

special lagnas like GL, HL and sahams will get extra importance for events

signified by them.Though there is a mention of Moon(mind) in the article I do

not know if and how Moon placement is used.Coming to this example, have you

used progression as a first step here? What is the date of progression? Is it

for Rasi chart or D9? I presume you have short listed various possible years

for likely event of marriage. I would like to understand the steps followed for

doing so."First let me see the marriage prospectus using the Sun's

progressions:Lagna = TaSun = Cp7th=ScTrines to

7th:-Pi=3,15,27,39Cn=7,19,31,43"I also have a question related to Narayana

dasa. You can respond to this separately if you wish. If you were to start with

Narayana dasa what are the factors that you would look for, especially if

Narayana dasa was being used as the only 'tool'? I am aware of Venus and Ketu

aspects but I find that it is easy to find such a combination if one was to

look for that in either/ or MD, AD, PD.

Thank you and best regards

analysis from RAO,Nemani--- SUCCESS! :)Hare Rama KrishnaNamaste Ramesh Ji,You

may remember when I wrote about Sun's Progressions, some time ago, I have

mentioned that I use Sun'sProgressions as an indicator and complimentary to

themethods I use to predict any event. All the time I use Sun's progressions to

see the event(including the Marriage Prediction too) as a complimentaryto my

analysis. This is how I approach to any chart:-1) First, choose the Narayana

Dasa of the Rasi chart (D-1) to isolate the most likely time that an event

could occur.2) Then, see if Vimsottari Dasa (or other nakhsatra Dasas) agrees

for the same time period.3)Next, choose the Narayana Dasa of the specific varga

chartfor the area concerned. For example:a) use the Dasamsa Narayana Dasa

(D-10) if the event relates to career.b) use the Navamsa Narayana Dasa (D-9)

if the event relates to marriage.4) Finally, see the Transits: if beneficial

transits (orthe opposite in the case of a negative prediction likedeath, etc.)

reinforce the occurrence of the event. You cansee the transits of planets

(most importantly Saturn, Jupiter, and Rahu), not only over the signs/houses of

the Rasi chart, but over those of the related varga charts as well.Hope I have

answered your question and this may be of some helpto you. Request Guru's and

learned members to correct me if myapproach is not correct.RegardsRaghunatha

vedic astrologySubject: [vedic astrology] Marriage timing

analysis from RAO, Nemani--- SUCCESS! :)Respected Nemaniji,Great news to share-

I got married on 7th july, 2004. I decided toget marry with someone special on

my birthday (luckily!) June 28,2004. Every ceremony went well. I am really

great help and Icannot put my gratitude in words.. I am sure group will be

gettingmore and more help from you.. You have increased my faith inAstrology

and I understand that its accurate just its based oncorrect

interpretations..May GOD bless all of us...RegardsNisarg ModiRao Nemani

<raon1008 > wrote:Dear Nisarg,I have looked at your birth chart and

made a little time correctionbased on the past events you have provided to me.

I have consideredthe following birth details for this analysis:-

June 28, 1977Time: 15:51:35Time Zone: 5:30:00 (East of GMT)Place:

70 E 47' 00", 22 N 18' 00" Rajkot, IndiaLagna lord and 7th

lord are in 7th house and aspected by Moon fromSc. 7th Lord Mars is in Venus

nakshatra which is nothing but thelagna lord.First let me see the marriage

prospectus using the Sun's progressions:Lagna = TaSun = Cp7th=ScTrines to

7th:-Pi=3,15,27,39Cn=7,19,31,43So the possibilties of the marriage are very

high when you are 27.Now let me see your marriage timing using the Vimsottari

Dasa:-Vimsottari Dasa (started from Moon): Merc MD: 1994-05-27 (6:38:58) -

2011-05-27 (15:05:28) Rah AD: 2003-11-25 (14:24:49) - 2006-06-12 (0:13:28)

Jup PD: 2004-04-10 (3:17:08) - 2004-08-15 (12:12:34)Here in Navamsa: Merc the

Maha Dasa Lord and who is havng a argalawith the Navamsa lagna, so this maha

dasa can give you the marriage. Now let us see, whether Rah Antar dasa is

capable of giving themarriage. Rahu is having an argala with Mars in Li, who

is nothingbut the 7th lord of Navamsa. So this is also positive. Now let us see,

whether Jup Pratantar dasa is capable of giving themarriage. Jup is in trines

to Venus, who is the natural Kalatrakaraka, hence this Pratyantar Dasa is

capable enough to give you themarriage. Now from the Transits point of view:-*

Between 6/15/04 and 7/15/04 * Transit Sun is trines to the Rasi/Navamsa Lord.

* Transit Jup is aspecting 2nd from UL in Rasi.Which confirms the above dates

would give marriage to the native.===Now let me look at your birth chart using

my favourtie Narayana Dasa:-Narayana Dasa of D-9 chart (a versatile phalita

rasi dasa): Ta MD: 2003-06-29 (7:45:14) - 2010-06-29 (2:49:01) Cp AD:

2004-01-27 (19:34:18) - 2004-08-30 (5:54:38) Vi PD: 2004-06-18 (2:23:33) -

2004-07-06 (10:48:25)Here Ta Maha Dasa is the Navamsa Lagna itself so this dasa

is capableenough to give the marriage to the native. Now Cp Antar Dasa, where the

UL is placed and aspecting Sc, Lagna andJu and Mo ( Leo) by Rashi Dristhi. So

this is sufficient to say thatthis antar dasa is capable enough to give the

marriage to the native. Now let us see whether Vi Pratyantar Dasa is capable

enough to givethe marriage to the native. Vi is 5th house in Navamsa and

aspectingthe Sg ( Kalatra karaka Venus is placed ) and also aspecting Ketu

inPi. Moreover Vi lord Merc is placed in Cp wth UL. So in my opinionthis

Pratyantar dasa is capable enough to give the marriage to thenative.===Now let

me see the marriage using Sahams method:-For this I am taking your Annual Tithi

Pravesha Chart for the year2004.Your Annual T.P started on :- June

2005-08-27 (17:09:59)Now let us see the Saham for this Annual TP Chart:-***

Vivaha Saham 4 Ta 35' 57.69" Krit MarriageHere the Vivaha Saham is in

Ta and if you notice the Navamsa NarayanaDasa is running at the begining of the

Annual T.P Chart is Ta, whichruns between "2004-06-29 (23:51:25) - 2004-08-03

(10:21:38)". Thisis confirming that, Saham's can be used to confirm the

marriageduring the Dasa of the Saham, Simple and straight forward isn't

it.Based on the above analysis using various methods, In my opinion, youshould

be getting married between : 6/18/2004 and 8/15/2004.Remedy for quick

marriage:- Your Upa Pada Lagna is in Sc in RasiChart, so fasting on Tuesday

will be proved to bring the marrige asper the above analysis.Hope the above is

helpful to you and write to me when the marriage istaken place, so that I can

refine my studies in Jyotish.RegardsRaghunadha Rao------------------------
