Dear Anand,

 

While I am not familiar with all the terminology and use of the Outer

planets in Western Astrology, you can surely use transits and solar

returns. A part of this may be equivalent to the "Tithi Pravesh" that

has been written about in the archives.

 

You're right -- the planets are dynamic.... and transits are

ongoing.... the charts you study have their own imprint, as compared

to your own....
