The simple analysis is as belowMode A ( muhurat element) Uttaryana jyestha

month Shukla paksha is OK for coronation- oath taking purposes.Ardra Nakashtra

is not favourablebut it is janma nakshtra of Dr MM Singh and therefore is

acceptable in Coronation ceremony.Thithi is odd tritya. Day is Saturday not

appreciated but a section of people customary think joining post it is ok and

give stability however it is not supported by scriptures.Libra in ascendent

being shirshodya is well but a very vital dosa exist. Lagna bindu( cusp of

Ascendent) is very closly afflictedby Ketu-Rahu Axis Difference of one degree

Retrograde and about 12 degree away so no Tajak yoga is formed between karyesh

and lagnesh but motion indicates turbulant continuation for about13 month after

Dear Srivastava Ji,

A good analysis.I wanted to add some more interpretation of mine here.

I am analysing here Swearing - in Muhurta chart only and consider Manmohan Singh

Ji's birth Jana Nakshatra on 26/09/1932 as Ashlesha - 1st Pada. First the

Muhurta Lagna and 7th are afflicted by malefics which are nodes,the Lagna being

Tula.This is one of the Doshas.Nakshatra on that day was Aridra which becomes

Vadha tara for Manmohan Singh Ji.This another affliction.Yoga was Shula which

is malefic one.Chandra is with a Krura planet in 9th.causing another

affliction. Lagna lord Shukra (V) is another affliction along with Krura Grahas

is still a affliction.Surya,the Rajya Karaka Graha is in 8th causing another

affliction.Budha,the planet of intellect is afflicted by Rahu ,both being in

same Nakshatra Pada of Bharani - 1st. Muhurta on that day is 30th which is

called Maruta or wind and Nakshatra Nadika ( 1 Ghati or 24 Minutes ) is 43rd by

name Ashwini which indicates failures.Also as per Kala Prakashika, an ancient

classic on Muhurta tells, Kanya,Tula and

Vrischika Lagnas should be avoided for swearing - in or coronation Muhurtas.

Here the Lagna is Tula and so it is another Dosha.Guru is in 11th Vargothama

but is not in any Kendra or it does not aspect Lagna. Also Guru's sign

dispositor Surya is in 8th from Muhurta Lagna and Guru also not considered

strong.Hence by considering all these factors, the Muhurta chart is very

weak.So when Surya trasnits over Simha Rashi ie., between Aug.15 to

Sept.14,there may be some troubles to the Prime Minister to rule the country

from his own allies.

I am not going to analyse his natal chart as the birth time is not correct and needs rectification.
