Guest guest
Namaste all, I categorically state that I am not censoring any posts. Only a couple of people (like some Mr. Upadhye who insisted on blasting Vedic astrology and irritated many members) are on the "completely banned" list. Those who have been allowed on the list can freely post anything and there is no moderation. I never moderated or censored Vidyut Bhat's mails (except his very first mail, as a part of a standard procedure). If your mails are missing, there can be several reasons. (1) Your ISP is acting up and did not deliver the mail from some reason. (2) is acting up and lost your mail. (3) Some anti-spamming feature of software mistook your mail for spam and removed it. (4) You did not send the mail to vedic astrology and sent it instead to an individual or to vedic astrology-owner. This is possible if you were replying using the web interface. When you click "Reply" when reading a post on website, the "To" address has a combobox. The three choices are (1) The list, (2) original sender of the mail to which you are replying and (3) the owner of the list. The current default of the list is (2). This was done to keep all those "thank you" mails from reaching the list. Unless someone intentionally changes the To address to the list, it does not come to the entire list. Because of this also, some mails may have been delivered to individuals rather than the list. Vidyut Bhat's mail giving the data of Sonia Gandhi was sent to vedic astrology-owner instead of vedic astrology. Had he selected the correct entry when sending the mail, it would've reached the list immediately. He was not and is not being moderated for sure (except the customary moderation he went thru when he joined the list a few months back). I hope this answers any questions you may have and clears any confusions. Rest assured that you can freely voice your views here and there is no big brither watching you! Now please go back to astrology! May Jupiter's light shine on us,NarasimhaList founder & admin
