There seems to be some problem somewhere with respect to mails not reaching the list. I CAN TELL YOU ALL ONE THING, PVR CAN NEVER BE A LIAR OR A JELOUS MAN. I know him very well. He has and is doing a yomen service to Vedic Astrology. All the students of Astrology should be indebted to him and I am sure genarations in the future will benifit from his study and writtings on astrology. He is a brilliant man and a very spiritual person, and has dedicated his spare time for the study of astrology with the intention of doing his bit (which I am sure is going to be a wopping lot) in bringing Vedic Astrology to its past glory and showing a path for the future generations for a better understanding of the same. At worst he can be, that too very rarely, be a little quick and terse in his responses but is a gentle soul selflessly serving the cause of Vedic Astrology. I have no doubt in my mind that he will continue to do his service for the cause mentioned above irrespective of any adverse remarks from any quarter. Please, let us show some respect for the man who has and is doing so much of service to the cause of spreading Vedic Astrology for all our benefit. Taking advantage of his selfless efforts, be it using his software or learning from his generous teachings on this and other lists, we should not hurt him with such hasty and untrue remarks. Hope you will see the truth in what I have written and give due respect to the gentleman who has only service to offer with out any expectations or gain from astrology. Sanjayji had told me some days back that watch out when Guru turns direct, for he will then be totally under Rahu's pressure. As long as he is retrograde, he is outside Rahu's clutches. I think PVR had explained very clearly, that all first messages to the VA was moderated to ensure that it was not a spam or a porno promotional, as we had quite a bit of problems from them. Obviously none of you read his mails properly. Both you and Hemant Trivedi are over-reacting and assuming things that are not there. Since I joined the group, I read every message from the beginning, even the one where PVR welcomes V K Chowdhury. And then we have this recent message where PVR criticizes V K Chowdhury. I have also seen his post criticizing K N Rao. I wonder why he does not criticize Sanjay Rath who failed miserably in predicting the recent elections. Well Astrologers should be humble. PVR lacks this quality. He can learn all the shastras but he will never become a true Astrologer. It will be better that he gives up the job of moderator and hand it over to a person like Chandrashekar and the ever enthusiastic Sunil John or Ramdas Rao. I find him blunt every times he writes. May be somebody should moderate him and tone down his emails. I also did not like the article which was circulated after the Puri Conference wherein Sanjay Rath declared that the BJP government will last for 14 years. It looks like all of this is baloney and intent to make money. And then we have Sarbani defending these guys. Does she have any justification? Just because someone started a group, does it mean he has the right to chastise everyone who complains or justifies an action? Wake up guys and gals. Learn to be humble. As explained by Narasimha, all first messages are moderated to ensure they are not spams. Once VA was flooded with some vulgar porno promotional and all members were duly agitated. Hence he started moderating first messages. As pointed out by Chandrashekharji, recent mails of Sanjayji too did not get through to VA, although he reposted several times. Hence it could have been a problem. But it seems that Vidyut Bhatt and you are not interested in the truth. Secondly, as written in a recent mail by one of the members, that even Raman had said that only 70% of his predictions were true. Most astrologers including K. N. Rao admitted that they had all predicted that BJP will win. So what if all failed? Is it not very natural? Do all astrologers predict 100 percent correctly? It is not humanly possible, specially in the case of Raj Jyotish as Rao repeatedly points out that there are numerous charts floating around per politician; perhaps none of them are correct. Narasimha is open in his criticism towards everyone equally to the extent that some people find him abrupt on the internet. Although it is none of your business, all SJC members know how critical and open the relationship between Sanjay Rath and Narasimha Rao is. What is the 'intent of making money'? As administrative head of SJC-Asia I strongly protest to such uninformed and loose allegations. Can you give us some proof instead of making loose accusations? Sanjay Rath circulated his media interviews regarding India's political future in the aftermath of the 2nd Annual Conference at Puri. He circulated all those media clippings in his web sites. Subsequently he admitted that his predictions regarding the BJP govt. was wrong although the ones regarding Orissa and Naveen Patnaik was correct. What is so unusual about that? And where is the money making involved in this? I think some amount of maturity is called for here...or perhaps the intentions are otherwise... I happen to know Narasimha Rao personally. And I second Ravi Janak in saying that he is one of the humblest persons I have ever met. Please consider this conversation closed from my/SJC's side. Honestly, I did not like your thought as you have insulted my/our Guru's hence this note to you. As you have mentioned "Since I joined the group, I read every message from the beginning...", which means you are in the group for at least few years (as I have not been able to read all the messages for the past 1-1/2 years). So here is my question, where did you got the knowledge, is it not from these Guru's and now you are insulting them! Do you think, the knowledge whatever you have acquired from these good souls will be useful to you, I guess not. See that is the fundamental difference between traditional learning and the current internet based learning: which is like buying a book or reading the messages without a Guru's blessings or critising and insulting the same Guru from where you have learned this devine science. The moment one does this, the knowledge is gone for good, because what I believe is that the Shishya gets the knowlege with one's Guru's blessings only. When one has lost the blessings of the Guru, where is the question of knowledge ? That is why my grandfather use to say: "Teach the devine sciences to qualified / good and selected people only" otherwise you know... Lastly, I have not seen a single posting for the past 1-1/2 yeras in the list not even an analysis or helping some one to understand the Jyotish, so what are you talking about now ... I would gently suggest you to give some predictions and analysis in the list and see how you feel if some one critisizes to your wrong predictions and get praise for the correct prediction. That is called real learning, unless you do that, you do not understand this, so try soon... So, think for a few minutes and say to yourself: what contribution you have made to this Jyotish community before making such allegations to these people who are spending their valuable time in teaching us.
