As a matter of fact he is after me for some papers for his magazine.I shall ask him. He is in Delhi and as a matter of fact I talked to him yesterday only. You may confirm from Anshu himself when it appeared, since you know him personally. He would have no reason to resort to untruth as you seem to suggest since it was not posted to the List but to me privately. I think it appeared some months prior to elections.
