Guest guest
Namaste friends, I changed job in in Feb. I joined my new job - at another high-tech start-up - on Feb 9, 2004 in Aries lagna. The muhurta was fixed by me. My father approved it, but told me that there would be another "unexpected and sudden" change very shortly and it would be good. The muhurta chart had Aries lagna with Mars and Rahu in it. That was why my father had forecast another "unexpected and sudden" change within a year and possibly within months. I did not disagree with him though. His prediction has come true. Though I have not changed job again, technically I have. The start-up I joined in Feb was acquired by Broadcom, a $12 billion company based in California. We all had to fill up new job application forms and a whole lot of paperwork that we fill in when we join a new job. We were all given new offer letters and had to accept them to formally start working for the new company. Today I accepted the new offer in Leo lagna (thank god, it is a fixed sign finally) with Moon - tithi lord - and Jupiter - karana lord - in it (both aspecting GL in Aries). This was not a planned muhurta. I signed the offer letter, then noted the time and then made the chart. I was working for a small and aggressive start-up until now and now I work for a big company. Mostly, this will really be a change, not only technically speaking, but also from the point of view of work culture etc. It is interesting that what my father felt based on the muhurta in February came true. Let us see the original muhurta. Though Aries lagna, Mars in it and badhaka Rahu in it showed changes and instability, 9th lord Jupiter aspected the lagna from 5th and he protected/stabilized it. That is why my father said the change would be controlled and would be for good. Interestingly, he (Jupiter in Leo) rises in the new muhurta chart! Sometimes, important muhurta charts can be good predictive tools, in addition to one's natal charts. We pick a muhurta because something else is destined to follow the event! Good night! Guest guest
||Om Brihaspataye Namah|| Namaste Narasimha, With the first muhurta ie., Aries lagna with Ma/Ra in it, since Ma is in a sign for roughly 1.5 months, does it mean that all the people who joined during that muhurta experienced similar changes in their jobs? In this context, I am wondering whether there could have been a charakaraka replacement issue in the muhurta that you selected for joining the job. regards Hari vedic astrology, "Narasimha P.V.R. Mars alone in Aries lagna need not show a sudden and unexpected termination/change. He can show a dynamic job. Rahu with Mars in lagna shows a sudden termination or a sudden change. Mars and Rahu in any house destroy it. I was aware of it, but Jupiter's aspect on lagna and Mars made me confident. In those 1-2 months, if someoneelse started something in Aries lagna with Mars and Rahu in it, similar unexpected changes are likely. It is not a muhurta that shows stability. A lot depends on the five panchanga elements though. May Jupiter's light shine on us, Narasimha
