Looking at both the charts of BJP and Congress . BJP has 8th Saturan from his birth moon along with Mars and Venus, this also refer to his ascendant , malefic in ascendant cause harassment but give success, being 8th from moon the significator of mind they gives fear. But as the combination is in 11th from the different elements in 3rd house it does not break it. I consider on Nadi basis the effect of Jupiter from 10th also. Thus when the Saturan and other malefic will move in cancer they can not harm before crossing 7 degrees of Cancer , upto which protection of Jupiter will be available. This is upto August 2005. In the Congress Chart the Saturan and Mars in 7th is favorable for opponents , but are 3rd from birth moon , give high spirit and mind, but soon this Saturan is going to cancer , which is 8th from asc and 4rth from moon , further there is birth Ketu in the Leo, thus this is a great hurdle for Congress too with the move of Saturan in cancer , the aspect of Mars from Capricorn to Cancer sign makes it dangerous for Saturan; only Jupiter from Scorpio or from any other sign can give safety from this bad transit which is not available. Thus nearing period give trouble some transit to both the parties , when both the parties are in trouble it always favor 3rd front, this trouble some transit continue till 2008. >From this transits it shows that Country is heading towards two group formation, the parties may remain small but they will come under BJP group or Congress Group, but any one forming the Government will not be able to continue it for long and there will be abrupt changes. Because I can see Congress coming as a major party from 2008 , and BJP chart has strength till August 2005 in spite of 8th Saturan transit , I assume this party yet to rule through alliances , but creating hurdles in changes after August 2005 , when it will be under bad transit may give benefit to the Congress. Or some thing else may happen which will give sympathy to Congress ,time will tell. Any how the Cat will be out by the evening .
