ADMIN: Sticking to astrology (Thanks Prabodh and everyone)

I am glad Raghunadha Rao and you patched up. Just take it easy now

and kill this thread. Please switch to private mails from now

onwards regarding this. There are 1840 members of this list and many

of them think the traffic is too much and want only astrological

discussions. Emotional stuff from members does not contribute to

their astrological pursuit.

 

Had some other members engaged in this kind of emotional stuff, I

would've immediately removed them. But both Raghunadh and Sunil have

made very good contributions to this list in the past and so I did

not and will not take any action against either.

 

In general, to maximize the utility of this list to members, please

remember the following:

 

(1) Restrict your mails to astrological content as much as possible.

 

(2) If someone has a problem with sending or receiving mails to/from

the list, please send a mail to vedic astrology-

owner to resolve the problems.

 

(3) If someone must send a test mail occasionally to verify that

they can send mails to the list, it should be ok. But remember (2)

first.

 

(4) If you are upset by such test mails, please get in touch with

the person privately. Raghunadh did not need to send his mail to the

entire list. Sometimes, public criticism can tick off people and let

us avoid it.

 

(5) When someone is taking something the wrong way, let us be

sensitive and kind. It is better to be good than to be right. Having

said that, try to avoid rash emotional reactions on the list.

 

Finally, let us all stick to astrology as much as possible!

 

Personally, I have been very busy. I will be back on the list this

weekend.
