I beleive Mathematics and astronomy are not the cause for planets or

aspects.Real causes are destined by the divine.Mathematics and

astronomical observations help us in understanding the aspects, but

they themselves are not the cause.Thus neither logic nor metaphysics

can expalin anything fully.It depends on how we can apply these with

discrimination.It is a balance.When we learn more, we should

understand that logic is not the 'cause' but it may help us in

understanding the manifested effects of cause.Thus it is a kind of

blend between logic and metaphyiscs that makes the revelation of

astrology complete.If that was not the case, then why should we have

different branches advised by the sages like gola,ganita,samhita etc

for the study of astrology.I beleive rather than ignoring one for the

other, where to use what, in what proportion, may be one among the

right approaches(as there can be numerous other approaches).
