You are giving a very irresponsible statement of Guru in Lagna is not good and

you will not believe such a native rather you believe a native with Shani in

Lagna.From where you got all these ideas ?

For your information,in my father's chart Guru is in 11th in Vrischika Rashi

aspecting 5th house where Chandra is placed in Rohini Nakshatra.5th lord Shukra

is Vakra and is in 6th house from Lagna in Mithuna Rashi along with 8th lord

Surya and Budha,the 6th and 9th lord.So Guru's placement in 11th house

aspecting 5th house gave him a son.2ndly Guru in Vrischika Rashi indicating the

son born will be spiritual and will have knowldege of Jyotish related divine

sciences ( Occult science ).In Nadi system,Guru is the Jeeva Karaka and so Guru

is considered as the native and Surya is both Pitru Karaka and Putra karaka.The

reason is Surya is Pitru Karaka and from the same father a son is born and so

Surya is Putra karaka.Now from Guru in Vrischika Rashi,Surya is in 8th showing

there was a delay in getting a son.I was born after 4years of his marriage and

I was born after both my Father and Mother worshipped Shri Mukhya Prana ie.,

Lord Hanuman.They were daily visiting a

famous Hanuman Temple in Mangalore.Now Surya in 8th from Guru also indicates the

son will not stay with him for long time.From 1983 June,I went abroad which was

my 31st year of life.Now Shani was in transit over Mithuna Rashi from 2002

itself.He was transitting over Surya,the Atma Karaka,Budha and Shukra (V).Last

year Guru was in transit over Karka Rashi who was in trine with my Father's

natal Guru.During June 15- July 15,2003,Surya was transitting over Mithuna

Rashi where his Natal Surya is there.Also Mrityu Karaka Shani ( along with

Sadesathi of Shani 3rd time in his life ) transitting over natal Surya made him

to leave this world.

Now see how this can be related to my chart.Guru indicating the native is in

Meena Rashi Vargothama.During June 15th to July 15th 2003,transit Surya was in

Mithuna which is 4th from my natal Guru.Shani was also there.Shani is Karma

karaka and so I have to be there to perform his last rites.Also Surya,the Pitru

and Putra Karaka is in Meena Rashi in my natal chart who is with Guru indicating

that I had a intution of my father's final Yatra.Now between 15th of May and

14th of June,Surya was in Vrishabha Rashi in transit.When Surya transitted over

Mrigashira Nakshatra ruled by Kuja who was at that time in 12th from my natal

Guru,I travelled to my native place.( On 9th of June,2003 I travelled to my

native place ).On the day of my Father's expiry,transit Surya was in Mithuna 10

deg.01' and in my natal chart Surya is in Meena Rashi in 9 deg.02'.Both Shani

and Surya were in Aridra Nakshatra ruled by Rahu,the Kala Purusha and hence my

Father got expired at that time

and day.In his natal chart,Ketu was transitting over Guru and Rahu aspecting

Guru.Rahu was in Krittika Nakshatra ruled by Surya,the Atma karaka and was

afflicted by Rahu and this is another reason for my Father's expiry.

So it indicates that we have to examine both father's and son's charts

thoroughly including transits and then come to a conclusion.

This rule of at least a benefic applies to people having a very bad 5th house ,

its lord etc Saptarshi Nadi says at least one benefic is needed in 10th to

overcome all bad combinations and gives atleast one son.

In your father's case, sani is Lagna lord and is in Uccha in 10th.

Am I right? By virtue of it being a shubha sthana lord and also in uccha and in

Kendra, it is a good thing to have.

Another thing is, sani is not aspecting 5th house of your father's horoscope am I right?

 

Please apply logic to rules given by ancient astrologers and Rishis and use the principles.

Shubha/Benefic need not only be Mercury or Sukra or Guru etc.

I would rather trust a man having sani in Lagna than one who has Guru in Lagna.

exalted and is a malefic planet but last year June 26th early morning he took

Holy Water from myself and my wife and then breathed his last and as I am the

only son,I lighted his funeral.

far as importance of 10th, 11th is concerned.

Any malefic aspects from any house on the 5th is a thing to look for.

Here , the importance is given to 10th house.

 

4th house , is known as JANANAM STHANAM.

4th house denotes Condition,cot room etc when a person is born.

10th house denotes Burning Pyre/grave of the person.

If there is a benefic,in 10th , inspite of many bad yogas, a person would have a

son to light his funeral pyre/fill up his grave.(This principle is from Nadi

system)

 

But if malefics are there, he will not have any.

I propose to write an article on childlessness and role of Guru in denial of a

male progeny, in Tat-Sat group.

Yes, I didn't ask "Why 10th house malefics" since I was pondering on that 10th for some time.

 

The rough logic that I could come up with is, 10th is the 6th house from the 5th.

5th from 5th would be the 9th house, 2nd to it, would be the maraka house for it

which would be the 10th house and malefics here can destroy the significations.

6th house is the house of setbacks, obstacles etc. So I guess malefics in the

10th might be bad for the 5th house matters.
