Yes they can be made. 6th house and Venus play a role here (in the

owner's chart).

Since astrology associates a cosmological pattern with a life pattern,

some of the predictions that work for humans should work for animals

as well (like sickness, death, enemies etc.).

If predictions cannot be made for animals, i would like to know the

reason for that as well.
