Birth time Rectification

Respected Gurus,

 

I need your help in Rectifying Birth time of a friend of mine, her details

are :

 

7 Feb,79 1.25 am, India, Mumbai(72e50,18n58)

 

With these details I get lagna as Sc 0.04 but if we consider the birth time

as 1.24am or less the lagna moves to

Libra.

 

Some of the prominent things about the native are :

 

Suffers from sinusitis, frequent colds n coughs, works as independent

designer(garments), well placed family n parents,

one elder brother, doesnt get along at all with sister-in-law.

 

So can her lagna be Libra instead of Sc as per these details ?
