Hello Ma,

You have mentioned a word "Rahuvian".

Yes....being obsessed with Rahu, I can understand your statement fully.

I know that you have read my posts on Rahu.

I have followed it up with concrete examples in JR.

Care looking 'em up ?

Dear Jay,

ha, ha, I knew I pushed the wrong button, LOL!!! I love that!

You know me, by now..I know you like the way I am..

I just mentioned VE/JU in my divorce for illustration, but you are right- it had

been 'engaved' in many other ways.

But...that one looses everything he /mostly/ 'grabbed' /but NOT ALWAYS/ in Rahu

infatuation with money and wordly stuff...I have yet to see...I would change

opinion on Rahu, then / if he represents kind of God's justice, which I doubt-

Don't we all love Robbin Hood?- Isn't he /a bit, at LEAST/ 'Rahuvian?

Thanks for a suggested reasearch paper /I don't have, thanks for asking!/

Dear Anna,

What I wrote is very "safe" not only from some research done so far, but also

from my personal experience and true cases in my possession ( I have one chart

with current Jup/Ven period under observation).

I mentioned aspects and argala etc. Rahu's influence on Venus is only one valid

example like in my own case which resulted in lose of high position but the

start of spiritual gain (Venus in own in 10th!).

In your personal case there is (without going into details here) you have a

direct multiple connection between the elements and ingredients for divorce at

that period.

Exaggeration ? you know me better than that ...wrong address…

I can also refer to a research paper publish in “Enigmas in Astrology” by

K.N.Rao and has an entire chapter dedicated to the dasas of Jup/Ven – Ven/Jup

as well as with the periods of Sat/Ra and Ra/Sa (which I will have to watch

closely in my own chart sometime in the future...).

Kind regards/Jay

Fwd: Re: [vedic astrology] Dasha Effects

Dear Jay,

I agree with you /even if not in 6/8 2/12- can be 'tricky'. /I divorced in ve/ju/

But what you wrote about Venus- start good, loss at the end- I haven't seen.

Sounds like what I've read about rahu, but haven't explored yet- what one gets

during beginning of Rahu, loses everything at the end- what do you say- what's

your experience? Exageration?

Best wishes,

Dear Astro Learn, (maybe you can start using your real name like the rest ofus

?)I will comment on the Jup/Ven & Ven/Jup periods which can be very tricky

andin my opinion are open issue for a serious future research.Besides all

standard relationship factors, moolatrikona, exl/deb, placementin 6/8/12 etc.

it is important to notice the following:1. The distance relationship between

them (6/8, 2/12 are an invitation forproblems depending on lordships)2. Who

they are with and any yogas involved.3. The aspects between and influences on

them (like argala)4. Their relation in D-9 (dharma) and D-10 (karma) and

eventually otherselected divisions (like D-60 if birth time is 99.9%

correct).5. Their relations and aspects with lagna lord6. Their transits during

the period.7. Yearly Tithi Pravesh chart and a DPC (dasa pravesh

at the beginning ofthe dasa) to support the above. There are many examples of

blemished Jupiter placed in lagna/trines andgiving negative results at the

beginning of the dasa and good ones later.Negative material results may provide

positive spiritually and visa versa. The same goes for Venus, where one may clime

to a high position, name andfame just to loss it at the end of the

period...There is much analysing work to be done on any dasa and on those two

periodsin particular as one can easily be fooled into the wrong

conclusions.Kind regards/Jay
