Doubt - Citizenship

Namaste,

 

In some countries, citizenship is awarded on the basis of birth in

that country irrespective of whether the parents are legitimate

citizens or not. That means, for example, foreigners who have

children born in a country different from their own country of birth

or citizenship can opt for the citizenship of their children to be

either that of their native country or the country of birth.

 

My question is how to see this from an astrological perpective. For

example, given the chart of a prospective parent, how to predict

that the citizenship of the child(ren) would be different from that

of the parent. This doubt came to my mind because recently two of my

distant relatives have delivered the child in USA and opted for US

citizenship for the child. If I'm asking too much, kindly forgive me

for my impertinence.

 

My thoughts are that Rahu (significator of foreign lands) must be

aspecting 12th from putrakaraka and 5th lord in saptamsa to give

birth of child in foreign lands or is it graha arudha of 5th lord in

saptamsa?
