I feel Event was related to House or Home... and its a Positive event and Gains associated with House/Home. The reason I find after analysing Chart.. Considering Transit Planets... Main Chart Virgo Lagna .. Lagna Lord Mercury transit is in 4th house saggi ..While though transit Venus is in 6th... its with Natal Moon in aquarius aspecting the 4th lord Transit Jup in 12th House. x Though for Virgo lagna Sun is 12th lord... Transit moon was in 5th with Transit Sun ... with moon 11th lord aspecting 11th house with 12th Lord Sun... >From Moon sign.. Aquarius... Transit Venus 4th lord is in lagna... with Transit Jup 11th lord is in 7th. So venus and Jup are in mutual aspect in transit. So basically 4th lord and 11th lord in mutual aspect in 1/7 axis. >From D-9 transit planets ... Jup 11th lord is in 4th while lagna lord is in 10th... So I strongly feel the event must be realted to House/ Gains related to House. May be I am totally wrong... Please consider my anlysis as attempt made by me as a learner... Kumbha is 6th from your birth sign Kanya. The hora lord is Moon who is the 6th lord for Kumbha and 11th lord for Kanya. Moon is incidentally placed in Kumbha alongwith Rahu in the natal chart and is a functional malefic(both for TP chart and natal chart). In the TP chart Moon is placed alongwith Buda and Mrityupada in Dhanur the 11th from Kumbha the TP lagna. Buda is the lord of lagna so far as the natal chart is concerned and as regards TP he is the lord of 5th and 8th. Moon the Hora lord(is placed in Ayudha drekkana) and Buda(lord of 22nd drekkana) the vara lord are placed in the 3rd from AL. As per TP Ashtottari dasa you were running the dasa of Mars(AK as per TP chart) who is the karaka for accident and antardasa of Moon who is the significator of punishment. Mars(is placed in sarpa drekkana) is placed in the 2nd in the TP chart alongwith GK, HL and A5. As per pachak-adi relationship principle Mars treats the 12th house as inimical which in this case is the lagna. Sun is the pratyantar dasa lord and is placed in 6th with reference to Guru who is lord of 2nd and 11th. Sun is in the marana karaka sthana(placed in nigala drekkana) which makes the state of affairs of 7th house/Guru/A4(vehicle) unfavourable. Kumbha gives a hint relating to upraised portion of the land(sort of hillock). Venus gives a hint relating to vehicles. A3 gives a hint relating to communication sadhana/medium. A10 is placed in the lagna(kumbha) in the natal chart which gives a hint about the office(applying lagnamsaka principle). Moon gives a hint about journey. Buda gives a hint about a possible crash. Dhanur gives a hint about accident/fall. Let me put all the pieces together. May be the vehicle was heading(kumbha shirsodaya) towards the software company(A3) you belong to. May be the office building is atop an upraised portion of the earth. May be you had suddenly realised(Rahu placed in kumbha in your natal chart lagnamsaka principle) the vehicle(A6 in Taurus and Venus is also badhaka lord for the TP chart) belonging to an authority(GL is placed in Taurus) coming at you and you had turned your vehicle to your right(clockwise direction - odd sign) and crashed against a tree!(you wanted the students to guess!) A5 which is energised on account of the dasa commencement of Mars gives a hint about the Mantra which was chanted(2nd house). Retrogression of Guru gives a hint about the displacement of the jeevaha/native. Placement of Guru in the 7th and lordship of 2nd and 11th gives a hint about the desire to store the event(Buda the hora lord - memory) and to teach the priciples to students(A5 in 2nd). Also, since there is mercury the lord of the 8th house, it indicates sudden gains as well. From your natal chart moon is your 11th lord and placed in the 6th. Here moon is the 6th lord placed in the 11th. Is it some gain related to some hard work you've put in? Also, the 11th house of gain has 32 points in astakavaraga. So i'm going to say it was a good event related to some sudden gains. Rajyapada is placed in 8th whose lord is the lord of the day(Buda). One should be in a position to expect something related to career. As per TP Ashtottari dasa you were running the Maha dasa of Mars, Antardasa of Moon and Pratyantar dasa of Sun. Guest guest Posted January 22, 2004 Report Share Posted January 22, 2004 Dear Members Well here is my humble attempt/guess based on rashi chart and transits only: Lagna and 10th Lord Mercury was in transit in 4th house and aspected by Transit 5th and 6th Lord Saturn, who was Retrograde in Gemini and passing through Natal 10th house. 4th house is the seed of the developments related to career and so Saturn-Mercury transits activate the 4th-10th axis. 3rd and 8th Lord Mars was passing through Pisces, which is 7th house in natal chart. With Mars(8th Lord) and Saturn(6th Lord) aspecting Lagna Lord Mercury(rashi dristi), there are tensions and other developments related to 4th house, 7th house and 10th house, since Mars and Saturn aspect each other also in transit(rashi dristi and graha dristi)…so the business and career related activities get affected. 7th house is also related to spouse. So it could be some tensions related to career and home affairs…4th Lord Jupiter is also retrograde and passing thru 12th house. Lagnesh protects from accidents being in a kendra caused by Saturn and Mars. Lagnesh Mercury in Kendra also leads to new career developments which are opposed by the retrograde Saturn and retrograde Jupiter. So looks like it's a termination of a job/mutually agreed resignation, then new interview and a small accident happening at the same time…However new developments(new job) are yet to fructify until Jupiter and Saturn become direct in transit..on the otherhand Lagnesh Mercury ensures some limited stability in current job.. Conclusion: Mercury in 4th contains the seed of new developments and a smooth transition to new job, which has not happened yet.. New Developments are slow, while old job is in last stages but not yet completely terminated. Also a minor accident has happened due to Saturn and Mars, but Mercury has protected everything for the time being, until new developments fructify. Later I casted a prashna chart which confirmed all of this. Needless to go into that. So the general trend will be of obstructions,suffering. Mars is placed in its MT sign natally, hence strong so will promote and protect its own significations of easy gains,longevity,courage etc. Lets see the transit influence on this particular day and time. Tr Mars is closely conjunct Na Mer, Tr Mer is being aspected Tr SaR and Mercury is natally weak too. The close influence of 8th lord on lagna lord would have resulted in accidents, injuries, suffering in general. Further Tr Mars is closely approaching Na Venus(2nd lord), Tr Ve is badly placed and is being harmed by Na Rahu. This can lead to family troubles,monetary troubles etc. Another very major transit is Tr SaR is exactly on 10th MEP, aspecting 12,4 and 7 houses. Further Na SaR & Ra are harming Tr Sa. This could have lead to conflict at work place,home and with spouse. Lagna lord Tr Mer is closely aspecting 4th and 10th houses, communication could have played a major role at home and work. 4th lord Ju, the planet of Divine grace is badly placed in 12th house in Transit and is in clutches of Tr Rahu till July'04. Tr Ju conjucts with NAtal Ke and Tr ke with Natal ju that must have given some spiritual influence. Tr Ju aspecting Me which is lagna/10th lord, must have made you to be in place for work purpose where you might have had spiritual encounter/experience with some one. It could as well mean good news related to home for work purpose. At 4.30 pm it is difficult to get involved in spiritual activity but I wanted to ponder over Ju/Ke interchange in NAtal and Tr that way influencing LAgna. MAy be totally wrong in the direction. As alaways, I will see the event from a different angles to make sure, I am in the right track. This analysis should flow on its own, so correct me, if I am not in the right track. Here is what I looked at: Since I didn't have much time, I non-astrologically decided to look only at the Year's Tithi Pravesha D-10 chart since I thought that he might still be at work at 4:30 pm. The yearly Tithi Pravesha Dasa running (to three levels) is Jupiter/Jupiter/Venus. Jupiter, lord of 12th and 9th - is exalted in the 4th house of comfort in Job (Cancer, benefic sign). 12th suggests loss of old position, but in the sense of giving up something to get something greater as Jupiter (9th lord) follows dharma and best guidance. He is with 1st and 8th lord Mars and 3rd and 6th lord Mercury. This is a Viparita Raja Yoga (Success after pressures or someone's loss). I didn't see this until later but it suggests Narasimha might have replaced someone who was leaving. Jupiter is involved in other yogas in D-10. Bhaarathi Yoga results from Mercury joining 9th lord Jupiter with Mercury's Navamsa dispositor being exalted [saturn, lord of 10th in Libra. NOTE: Venus also disposits Saturn] (intelligent, famous). Mars and Jupiter together give Raja/Lakshmi Yoga (fortunate, high achiever). These suggest that Narasimha's high qualities would shine. Venus is 7th and 2nd lord in 2nd House (own sign Taurus benefic sign) of wealth or sustenance in profession - maybe a raise, but certainly more support and resources at work. However, here is my attempt at a solution to PVR's puzzle (based on monthly progression chart): 1. On 1/21/04: running Scorpio Kalchakra dasha. 2. Rashi drishti from: 5th house (Leo) with Jupiter, also ascendant (Aries) with Rahu and 11th house in Aquarius. 3. Jupiter (9th lord) aspecting 11th house by planetary aspect. 4. Parivartan yog between 5th lord, Sun (in Sagittarius)- 9th house and 9th lord, Jupiter (in Leo) - 5th house. 5. Planetary aspect of 4th lord, Moon from 2nd in Taurus to dasha sign Scorpio. Involvement of houses and planets representing children, family, happiness, fortune, gains leads me to the conclusion of of child birth. (Does any of this make any sense, or should I have kept my thoughts to myself?) Thanks. I have used ashtakavarga and sun's transit: I think something favourable related to 9th house matters has taken place. Luck has favoured you. You could have got blessing from Guru or could have become a teacher in a prestigious institution. The event seems to be a favourable one. Maybe your knowledge has been recognized in some way. Mercury is combust but in yoga has to take the pinch of Mars along, but Mars is the happiest lot , with Laxmi and Son of King as visitor in his house that too with their servant and with Jupiter aspect on them. Thus Mars can not give negative incident. Rather this yoga cause you a writer in occult matters. Jupiter is in transit in 12th cause exchange of Sun from 7th may cause father traveling to you or some very big person traveling or meeting to you.But this is not neccesarily on the said date. The transit is greatly favorable for the Job and rewards from Job too. Since you said, this is a career event, i am focussing on Job relates activities/events alone (D10). Your annual TP for year 2003-04 has Sagitarious rising while Lagna lord Jupiter is exalted. Hora lord Saturn as 2nd and 3rd lord is placed in 6th house, indicating this year's main focus will be Service/Job related matters and gain of wealth. Saturn's exaltation in D10 as 10th lord, may indicate that you will/would have been/ successful in Career matters. Mars is the Lord of Lagna in D10, who although is debilitated, participates in RajaYoga (due to conjunction with 9th Lord Jupiter), and also gets Neecha-Bhanga (I guess you can consider Neecha-Bhanga in Vargas?) due to Jupiter. This RajaYoga may come to pass during Jupiter's TithiAshtottari dasa, which runs from 2003, Nov 28th thru 2004, Jan 30th. Now, looking at the Daily TP for Jan 21st, 2004. Hora Lord is Moon, who Lord's 6th house of service and is placed in 11th house of Gains. Looking at D10 (of Daily TP) further, with Aries rising and the Lord Mars and 4th Lord Moon (as well as hora lord) participating in a powerful Rajayoga in the 5th house. More importantly this Yoga causing planets also conjoin GL (Power and authority) and that happens in 9th from AL (protection of status, fame, image etc...). And the AL lord is in a trine from it, in D-10 Lagna...So all this points to a possibility of events related to increase in status, power and Authority at WorkPlace, happening on this particular day. Now looking at the Dasa running at 4:30 pm, EST – it was Rahu/Venus. Rahu conjoins Lord of GL – Sun, in 8th house from Lagna in D-10, indicating Research activities etc...And Antar dasa lord Venus is placed in 3rd house from Lagna and in 8th from Dasa lord Rahu. This possibly indicates presenting (3rd) a research work/paper. Sun's conjunction (as lord of GL and dispositor of RajaYoga causing planets in 5th house) may indicate that the same presentation may have been acclaimed and recognized and subsequently raised your status/authority (promotion??) at workplace. The Vimsottari Dasa running at that time was Mer-Mer-Mar. Natal Rasi chart: Mercury is the 4th and 7th lord in 2nd. 7th lord in 2nd itself means gains from business, wife anything related to 7th house. These results would fructify in the dasa/antardasa of the planets in discussion. Mercury is the lord of the 7th house from GL and HL Mars is the 2nd lord in 2nd house which means gains again. Natal Dasamsa chart: Mercury is in lagna and aspecting GL and HL by Rasi drishti. Mars being owner of Lagna and GL in Dasamsa and owner of 9th house from AL would bring in good results in career in its dasa/antardasa. Natal D-4 chart. Lagna lord and the HL lord in the 8th house aspected by an Exalted Mars (4th Aspect). Transit Rasi chart: Mars again owns Lagna and GL Transit Dasamsa chart: Mercury 10th lord in 5th house(kendra lord in kona creating a rajayoga) Transit 4th house chart: Mercury in the 11th from AL and Mars is aspecting it from Sagittarius. 11th house from Arudha Lagna: Both in the Natal Dasamsa and Transit Dasamsa chart, Mercury is the lord of the 11th from Arudha Lagna and hence indicates gains in its dasa/antardasa in Profession. Why Mars pratyantar( is it because Mercury is the nakshatra dispositor of Mars) so triple connection ?? >From all the above indications, I can predict some sudden gain in position or monetary benefits at work and/or you bought a house and it was allotted to you at that time that you were talking about Please feel free to correct any misunderstandings that I have about the subject.
