the IDEAL that i think would work best especially in this toxic

world is to AVOID AS MUCH PROCESSING as possible;

 

in one research study, it seems the tofu used may have been

contaminated by the packaging and so the results were not so good;

then when the tofu is texturized and made to taste like chicken,

well? might as well have the chicken, probably safer.

 

that is why i like dr fuhrman's recommendation of a plant based diet

that is at least 90% unrefined, unproccessed (fresh or frozen) 

mostly veggies and fruit with a little bit of seeds, nuts and

legumes; and you have 10% to experiment with which may include

animal products if you like. keep in mind this is for Americans who

can do this because of supermarkets and refrigirators.
