Namaste all:

> PS (to Anna): You asked about chara paryaya dasa. Yes, Anna, it is

different from chara dasa and JHora commercial version computes it.

That is what I used in that article.

Yesterday night, in the midst of a severe headache, I was reading

Sanjay's book on Narayana Dasha. While Sanjay explained beautifully

about Narayana and the four-fold division, I felt that he did not

explain why the rasi dasha explained in the book was named as

Narayana Dasha.

As I understand it, Jaimini Chara Dasha and Narayana Dasha are both

one and the same. Am I correct in understanding thus? Chara dasha

does not look right to me as we could be progressing from any of the

three types of rashis, based on the strength of the 1st or 7th

house. Why not call it a fixed or dual dasha...

Could anyone help me to understand the logic behind naming of this

dasha. In the same way, what does chara paryaya dasha mean?

regards

Hari
