jupiter in 11 and mars in 7

Dear members,

 

I read in some site that

if jupiter in 11, that native blessings will come true as if saint

blessings

and

if mars in 7, that native curses will come true(they suggested it is

not better to make dispute with that natives).

 

how far this true??

 

i noticed few persons, i don't know about first case, but 2nd case

is true in some cases,...
