Birth Time Correction - Help required

With the blessings of the Supreme Lord Narayana and Mother Lakshmi, we have been

blessed with a girl child last week.

I have a problem with the birth time. The doctor's noted the time as 13:47 hrs

CST, while my stop watch which was in sync with my cell phone and I recorded

the time of cutting the umbilical cord as 13:49:29, as I was the one who cut

it.

Please help me to correct the exact time of birth, as this would help me to

arrive at the correct D-60 chart for my daughter, because I did not notice any

significant changes in the other charts as of now.

I am enclosing her birth chart in .jhd format.

I had gone through the charts and both charts have afflictions.In Mr.Sharma's

chart,Lagna,Makara is itself weak as it is in the beginning of the Rashi.Also

Lagna lord Shani is combust by nearness to Surya and Surya also in his enemic

place.In the 7th ,he has Kuja ® along with Rahu.Kuja is Karaka for landed

property and Rahu for hospital,medicines etc.Now Kuja is badhakadhipaty

afflicted by Rahu indicating Sarpa Dosha in the chart.Chandra who is the sign

dipositor for Kuja (V) and Rahu is in 6th from Lagna and 12th from Kuja and

Rahu and as a result he is suffering all these problems.Transit Shani is

passing over Chandra showing sadesathi and if he has not done any remedies to

mitigate sadesathi of Shani,he may lose the building.Now as per Nadi system

Dudha indicates Bhoodevi or indicative of landed property and Shukra ,Gruha

Karaka and so both these planets are in 12th to Lagna and are in 6-8 position

to Kuja ® and Rahu.So he has to perform remdie!

s for sarpa Dosha,perform Shani Shanti Homam after chanting 23000 Shani

Jap,perform Sri Ganapaty Homam along with Sri Satya Narayana Pooja to be done

with feeding to Brahmins.

In the Navamsha,Kuja (V) is in Makara,thus giving results of debilitation.AK

Budha is Vargothama and his Ishta Devatha will be Sri Narasimha Swami as Guru

in Mesha Rashi in Navamsha is aspecting 12th from AK and Kuja ® aspects this

Guru.Also Guru is BK and by worshipping Lord Narasimha and by chanting His

Mantras,his problems will be warded off.

Presently Shukra dasa- Shukra's Antara is going on from 20-12-2000 till

19-2-2004.Shukra being Yoga Karaka placed in 12th in Moola Nakshatra ruled by

Ketu who is in Lagna aspecting 12th house as he is retrograde in nature.This is

a major affliction and he has to worship Sri Lakshmi Vinayaka to get rid off

this afflictions.

Now I have given a brief analysis of Mr.Sharma's chart with remedies and if he

is not performing these remedies,how much he will succeed I can not tell.Now

too see this just go through D-60 chart where Guru,Shukra,Chandra and Ketu are

in Vrischika Rashi which is 10th from D-60 Lagna where Chandra,the Manaha

Karaka is debilitated and this has made this gentleman not to go for remdial

measures.

Now let me come to Mrs.Sharma's chart.Here the Lagna is Kanya and its lord Budha

is Vakra and placed in 12th with 12th lord.As Budha became Vakra his strength to

give good results are reduced.He is getting aspect from 6th lord Shani (V) from

6th house and Shani is placed in Shatabhisha ruled by Rahu,another Vakra

planet,thus his aspects are also evil.Also Budha (V) is in Maksha ruled by Ketu

another Vakra planet and as per me they have taken a wrong decision of building

a hospital.Now the Karaka for lands and buildings,Kuja is also debilitated in

11th house and is in the Nakshatra of Pushyami ruled by Shani (V) and as a

result they are suffering too much.4th house is occupied by Ketu and 4th lord

Guru is in 9th aspecting Lagna,3rd house and 5th house.But Ketu in 4th is

debilitated and in Navamsha also Ketu is in Vrishabha Rashi which also a bad

sign for Ketu.Kuja also is Chara GK indicating troubles from various souces

especially from lands,bulidings !

etc.11th lord Chandra is in 2nd but is with Mandi aspected by Kuja who is 3rd

and 8th lord and also GK and so Chandra also got afflicted.Present Dasha is of

Shani and Antara of Chandra is going on from 6/10/2002 to 6/5/2004.Both Shani

and Chandra are in trines to each other aspected by Kuja.So worship of Godess

Lalita Devi is the only source left.She has to Chant daily Sri Lalita Sahasra

Naama Stotram ( this is because BK Chandra is with Guru in Makara Navamsha

which is called Eshwaramsha )followed by Sri Lakshmi Vinayaka Mantra daily 1008

times ( this is because 12th from AK Rahu in Navamsha is lorded by Shukra who is

debilitated in Navamsha and Ketu has a Rashi Drishti on Tula ).

>From Transitwise Shani is transitting over Rahu aspecting Budha (V) and Surya

indicating involvement from Goverment authorities for troubling her in this

regard.Transit Ketu is passing over Natal Chandra and so she is facing troubles

from people around her also.So to avoid further problems she has to arrange Nava

Graha Shanti Homam,Sri Durga Shanti Homama and Sri Sukta Japam.

The remedies I gave here may be too much but now this is the only saving and her

husband has to join with her to save their building.

It is a case of cheating by the builder, who is still promising to perform, but

there is a big doubt about it. The property is purchased in the names of both.

i am attaching two charts in jhd format.

 

These are the charts of a doctor couple with two children.

 

Mr Sharma is not a believer in astrology/chanting mantras etc., With great

difficulty he was taken to Tryambakeshwar, in 2002 to perform a puja for Sarpa

yoga in his chart, as advised by somebody.

 

However, Mrs Sharma is a very spiritual person, and is ready to perform any remedies you suggest.

 

Mrs Sharma approached my wife for any astrological help/ remedy from me. i have

told her that i would seek the advise of an experienced astrologer and pass on

the same to her. So, i request you to look at her chart and suggest any

remedies.

 

Now coming to their problem:

They have bought a property for setting up a Nursing home. Their entire savings+

bank loans have gone into it. The property & the nursing home would be in both

their names.

 

The builder is cheating them in getting legal formalities completed for settting

up a Nursing home. As a result the residents of the building are raising an

objection to a nursing home being housed in that building and are planning to

go to consumer court. This entire episode is happened in the past 6 months.

 

if the builder does not fulfil his assurances they will certainly lose any such

case. They tend to lose the commercial value of the property they paid, which

is quite a bit.

 

Mrs Sharma is worried. Can you please suggest a remedy for her. Any other

details you require would be provided by her. Even Mr Sharma is a nice person

and helping in nature.
