There are two ways to know past lives. One is past life regression, and other is

shastyamsa chart. This is clearly given in the varga chakra book. Our lives are

but a continuity of our past.

 

We chose our lives, after the various "experiences", The soul is forever free,

as it is unborn, unchangeable and non-mutant.

 

But due to karmas it enters , rather it has to enter the different bodies, and

get due experience to reach a higher goal. We all in this lists are interested

in astrology, but we are some 1500 members. If you go to a relationship and

romance list, there would some thousands. What is the reason. "Experience".

 

We all are fed up of gross level of existence. We all want to evolve. The people

in other areas are not bad, they are all evolving, but there are at a different

state of evolution.

 

The seven chakras in our etheral body are seven states of evolution.

 

Have you tried to analyse the samuntra manthan story?

 

Why is there poison, the reason for Kurma(tortoise) avatara, the airavata, the

Kalpavriksha, the mohini avatara, the rahu and ketu, sudarshana chakra. It is

extremely beautiful story of the evolution of soul through meditation. Infact

the whole story is the process of meditation.

Cutting of limbs, loss of sight, loss of memory dont happen by accident. Infact

there are no accidents in our lives. Everything happens for a reason.

 

Try to understand the reason, and not the effects. Understanding can come only

through experience, and not my listening to me, or any other guru. Guru can

show you the path, they can give you knowledge, but they cannot help you in

experiencing. You have to experience it yourself

The Puranas are filled with Indras , how Indra(senses) send

menaka(desires-venus), to disrupt Viswamitra(soul), in his penance(saturn).

There are so many things, the puranas are not a story to be read in pass time.

Every purana is a story of meditaiton, evolution.

Bhasmasura(the desires that kill us-lust), was killed by his own lust, when

shiva(soul) danced with him and finished in his own game. Mahishasura(lower

desires) killed by Durga(Mother divine, moon), some desires can be vanquished

by simple processes, some by austerities, some by experiences.

 

But experiential learning is the highest. Chanting mantras alone will not help,

they can only fill the mind. But actual experiencing is crucial. Till we touch

the fire, we cannot know that it burns!lovepartha
